Jeff Barton High School Computer Teacher at Abraxas I Youth & Family Services firstname.lastname@example.org
I have been working with youth and young adults for most of my 20 year career. I have been a tutor, basketball coach, army platoon leader, history teacher and drug & alcohol counselor. I am currently a high school computer teacher at Abraxas I. It has been both a challenging and self-rewarding experience. However, I am ready to continue with my professional education and livelihood by learning and teaching adults. At this point in my life, I would like to continue my career working with adults in an educational setting or training environment. I am highly motivated and passionate about being a part of one of these two career fields. I will meet this goal through my continued education and perseverance. I am currently earning my Masters in Distance Education and E-learning through the University of Maryland University College. I will earn my graduate degree by May of 2017. Upon obtaining my masters degree, I will be pursuing the following two job careers: – Teaching History at a university level through a traditional classroom setting or distance education – Designing online training courses or modules for a professional corporation(s).
